Our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Veruf in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Use.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may discontinue using the service and contact us to request account deletion.

Effects of Termination:

• Immediate loss of access to all platform services and content
• Deletion of user-generated content and progress data
• Forfeiture of any unused paid services or credits
• Continued application of applicable terms regarding intellectual property and confidentiality

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hradec Králové, Czech Republic.

For users located outside the Czech Republic, these terms shall still be governed by Czech law, but we will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes through alternative means before pursuing legal action.
